Game Day Ready, Home or Away

Game Day Ready
{Home} Sunnies / Cowboy Boots / Dress / Necklace
{Away} Romper / Wedge / Necklace

If you've ever been to a football game in the South, you're probably aware that game day attire is extremely different than you'd find anywhere else. The dress code is taken VERY seriously... think Sunday Church best, but for a football game. For ladies, dresses and properly curled hair are a must. For the gents, bow-ties, seersucker and loafers are a definite. Showing up to a game in graphic Ts or flip flops? #BlessYourHeart

With #FIFootballWeek coming to a close, it wouldn't be appropriate to not feature some game day ready wear. Especially when just as much thought and time goes into picking out the perfect outfit, as it does making the tailgate munchies. I chose two outfit options that I'd wear on a typical Saturday. Whether the game is home or away, you can always dress your best. For a home game I chose a comfortable ASOS dress, some fun cowboy boots (cause we are in the South), and a pop of orange from Kendra Scott. No matter where you went to school, this outfit could work by just switching up the necklace color. For away games I chose an outfit you could wear to a bar or game watch party. The perfect romper from my fav Mint Julep Boutique and a great wedge, make for the perfect away game ensemble.

Again, no matter where you watch the game you can always look your best on game day. The great thing about either of these outfit choices is that you can mix and match the pieces all season. So get your game day outfit ready ladies, cause It's Football Time in Tennessee on Sunday!

Have a great weekend, enjoy the football games (no matter who you're cheering for), eat some great food and make sure your tailgate is decked out with the right decor

I am from out West, and I had no idea of the attire for Southern football games! I love the idea of dressing up for a game, and lots of people coming together sharing the same understanding of fashion. Would love to see your game day look! Xo, Alison
